Refund Policy

At Powercom Solutions, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the creative and digital nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund may be requested before the initial concepts are delivered.

  • Once design concepts have been shared, refunds are not available because creative work and time have already been invested.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If you approve a design or request revisions after concepts are delivered.

  • If you fail to provide required information, feedback, or communication to continue the project.

  • If dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference after substantial work is completed.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at the company’s discretion in special cases (e.g., project cancellation before 50% completion).

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@powercomsolution.com

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days.
